What Vermoss Flow is

Vermoss Flow is a WhatsApp business inbox and scheduling product. Businesses use it to manage customer chats in one place and run automated flows for replies, intake, and bookings.

When a customer books through WhatsApp, Vermoss Flow can check calendar availability and create the appointment so staff calendars stay accurate.

How we use Google user data

When you connect Google Calendar, Vermoss uses Google user data only for the booking feature for your signed-in business. We do not sell Google user data.

Specifically, we:

• Read busy times and calendar events so flows can offer open booking slots
• Create or update calendar events when customers confirm a booking
• Use basic Google account identity (sign-in and email) so the connection is linked to the right signed-in business user

In Google terms, that covers the scopes calendar.events, calendar.readonly, openid, and email.
