Subscriptions

Vermoss Flow is your platform subscription, flows, inbox, scheduling, and analytics. WhatsApp message costs are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, not through us.

When a customer messages you first, you still have 24 hours to reply in ordinary language. Templates are still required outside that window. From 1 October 2026, Meta bills those in-window replies and utility templates sent in that window on your Meta invoice, per delivered message. Marketing templates were already charged; that does not change.
